2. Eligibility

To apply as a mystery shopper, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Provide accurate and complete information in your application
• Have a valid email address and phone number

3. No Fees Policy

Bare International does not charge any fees for:

• Application submission
• Access to assignment listings
• Participation in the mystery shopper program
• Training materials (if provided)

Warning: If anyone claiming to represent Bare International asks for payment, it is a scam. Please report it immediately to recruiter@bareinternational.secretshopper.online.

4. Application Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the mystery shopper program. Applications are reviewed based on:

• Geographic location
• Assignment availability
• Profile compatibility
• Program capacity

5. Assignment Terms

If accepted into the program:

• Assignments are offered based on availability and location
• Payment terms are specified for each assignment
• You must complete assignments professionally and submit reports on time
• Failure to complete assignments properly may result in removal from the program

6. Confidentiality

As a mystery shopper, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of assignment details and not disclose your role as an evaluator during assignments.

7. Payment Terms

Payment for completed assignments will be processed according to the terms specified for each assignment. Typical payment ranges from $25 to $550 per assignment, depending on complexity and requirements.

8. Independent Contractor Status

Mystery shoppers are independent contractors, not employees of Bare International. You are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bare International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
